Henrik Affe from Denmark Arte Suave and Butchers Lab founder visited New Life gym in Glasgow Scotland to take a striking session and MMA UK caught up with him to interview him.
Henrik has 25 years of martial arts experience in Kung Fu, Muay Thai MMA and BJJ. He’s had 51 fights, Muay Thai, Sanda, K1, MMA and is a WKA Sanda world champion 2013. Founder of the legendary Butcher’s Lab. Butchers fight gym he’s a Strength and conditioning coach for a lot of professional fighters and other high level athletes.
