California Spartan – featuring UFC fighter Rick Glenn

Team Alpha Male has produced many high calibre fighters over the years such as The Ultimate Fighter season 18 winner Chris Holdsworth and many more household names. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a gritty, spartan-like fighter looking to march his way to victory at UFN 133 on July 14. A professional since July 2006 and representing Team Alpha Male, Rick Glenn owns a 20-5-1 record in 25 career professional bouts comprised of 11 knockouts, four submissions five decisions and a draw. Prior to making his UFC debut in 2016, Glenn competed for various organizations including World Series of Fighting.

In his MMA debut at War Party Cage Fighting 3, he defeated Bob Morgan. Glenn defeated Ted Reynolds via TKO in the first round at WPCF 4. Then at MCC 24 Reloaded, he submitted Joe Morris in round one via triangle choke. Glenn defeated his next four opponents that included wins over Johnny Case and Josh Henry. At KOTC Interference, he defeated Gustavo Rodriguez via TKO in the second round. Glenn defeated Jose Pacheco via unanimous decision at NAFC Unleashed. He defeated Charon Spain via TKO in round two at NAFC Colosseum. At Score Fighting Series 5, Glenn defeated Tristan Johnson via TKO in the second round. He also defeated Lyndon Whitlock via TKO in round three at SFS 6. For his debut outing with World Series Of Fighting at WSOF 2, Glenn knocked out Alexandre Pimentel in the third round. He defeated Artur Rofi via unanimous decision in his next appearance with WSOF at WSOF 5. At WSOF 10, he defeated Georgi Karakhannyan via TKO. For his final outing with WSOF at WSOF 24, Glenn knocked out Adam Ward in round two. In the headlining event of Pure FC 3, he defeated Chris Manuel via TKO in round three. At Victory FC 51 Glenn defeated Ramiro Hernandez via split decision.

In his second UFC outing at UFC 208, he defeated TUF 8 alumni Philipe Nover via split decision. For his next UFC appearance at UFC 215, Glenn defeated Gavin Tucker via unanimous decision. At UFN 133 on July 14, he will face TUF 14 alumni Dennis Bermudez in a featherweight showdown. UFN 133 will also mark the UFC‘S first trip to Idaho. Good luck Rick!
