A professional since August 2013 and representing Hard Knocks 365, Demarques Jackson owns a 10-3 record in 13 career bouts as a professional comprised of four submissions, four decisions, and two knockouts. Prior to making his debut with Legacy Fighting Alliance in 2018, Jackson competed with various promotions including Titan Fighting Championship. He has secured a finish in six of his 10 professional victories.

In his MMA debut at Atlas Fights Cage Rage 16, he submitted Ken DuBose in the second round via guillotine choke. Jackson also defeated his next four opponents that included victories over Steve Burks and Brok Weaver. Then in his second appearance with Titan Fighting Championship at Titan FC 44, he defeated Paulo Silva via TKO in the first round. At Titan FC 45 Jackson tapped out Luciano Dos Santos in the first round via arm triangle choke.

For his debut appearance with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 37, he knocked out Hamilton Ash in the first round to secure his first victory under the Legacy Fighting Alliance banner. In his only outing with Bellator MMA at Bellator 204, Jackson defeated Bryce Logan via split decision to earn his fourth decision win as a professional. In his second outing with Legacy Fighting Alliance, he submitted Bobby Lee in the co-main event of LFA 56 in round two via guillotine choke to secure back to back victories with Legacy Fighting Alliance. The win also earned Jackson the fourth submission victory of his professional career.
