Lion of the Bayou featuring ONE Championship fighter Thanh Le

There is a slew of different avenues a fighter has at their disposal to get themselves noticed from The Ultimate Fighter to Dana White’s Tuesday Contender Series. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to a Bayou lion looking to turn up his blistering fists of fire as he begins his next conquest in hopes of showing the world that no challenge is too great. A professional since November 2013 and representing Mid City Martial Arts and 50 50 Martial Arts, Thanh Le owns a 9-2 record in 11 career bouts as a professional comprised of eight knockouts and one submission. Le has competed with Legacy Fighting Alliance and ONE Championship. He also appeared on week two of season one of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series in 2017 and The Ultimate Fighter season 22 as a member of Team USA. Le has finished all nine of his professional victories.

In the main event of XFC, he defeated Justin Martin via TKO in the first round. Le submitted Matt Vaughn in round one. Then at World Fighting Championship 27, he defeated Shawn Fitzsimmons via TKO in the first round. Le also defeated Josh Quayhagen via TKO in round one. In 2015 he was chosen to be a part of Team USA at 155 pounds. To make into the house Le knocked out Andres Quintana in the second round. Following his stint on The Ultimate Fighter, he defeated Cody James via TKO in round one. In his debut outing with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 3, Le defeated Alex Black via TKO in the first round. At Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series 2 he knocked out Lezar Stojadinovic in round two. In the main event of LFA 31, Le defeated submission specialist Bobby Moffett via TKO in the second round.

For his debut appearance with One Championship at ONE Championship For Honor, he knocked out Yusup Saadulev in round two. The win earned Le the eighth knockout victory of his professional career. Foes should be extremely wary of this bayou lion’s earthquake of a roar!
