Across the Pond Profile: Bellator MMA fighter Cass Bell

2019 saw a whole host of skilled and hungry newcomers to the unpredictable world of mixed martial arts baptized themselves in a trial by fire with Bellator MMA. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to a white-hot dragon of the redwoods looking to smoke out the opposition and continue to establish himself as one of the promotions titans of mighty strength in the new year with his ever-growing arsenal of danger and rain down a suffocating wall of green fire while sending his opponents into a fit of red rage. A professional since May 2018 and representing Institute of Combat, Cass Bell owns an undefeated 5-0 record comprised of three submissions, one knockout and one decision. Bell has spent the whole of his tenure as a professional with Bellator MMA and has gone on to earn a finish in 80 per cent of his victories with only one of those having made it a full three rounds.

In his MMA and promotional debut at Bellator 199, he faced Khai Wu and went on to submit him in round two. Bell also tapped out Ty Costa via armbar in the second round at Bellator 206. In his third appearance with the promotion at Bellator 220, he faced Peter Ishiguro and went on to knock him out in the second round to pick up his first and only knockout win as a professional thus far. Bell tapped out Isaiah Rocha in round one at Bellator 226 to earn his third submission victory as a professional

At Bellator 235 as part of the promotion’s doubleheader on the big island of Hawaii, he faced France’s Pierre Daguzan and defeated him via unanimous decision to make it five in a row with Bellator MMA. The win also earned Bell the first decision victory of his professional career. Come 2020 bantamweights everywhere will be turning green with envy!
