Across the Pond Profile: Legacy Fighting Alliance fighter Vince Cachero

Every professional MMA fighter dreams of at least getting to throw down in their home stomping grounds in front of the very people that first lighted and ignited the spark. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to a redwood trojan ready to ignite victory’s flame and keep the lions at bay at the point of a sword as he continues his flame-filled rampage tour of opponent destruction in LFA’S bantamweight ranks as he looks to become the promotion’s next keeper of the flame with his ways of the loyal soldier thanks to his fight anyone at any point in time style. A professional since February 2017 and representing Black House MMA and A4 Boxing, Vince Cachero owns a 7-2 record in nine professional contests comprised of three decisions, two submissions and two knockouts. Cachero has spent the majority of his tenure as a professional with Legacy Fighting Alliance and has finished four of his seven victories.

In his MMA debut at CXF 6, he defeated Mark Alvridez via TKO in the third round. Cachero submitted Arnold Jimenez at LFA 13 via rear-naked choke in the second round. He defeated his next two opponents via decision in Ryan Lilley and Nohelin Hernandez. Then at LFA 45, Cachero faced Carlos Puente Jr and went on to tap him out via rear-naked choke in round two to pick up his second submission win as a professional. He also defeated Joe Murphy at LFA 54 via unanimous decision to earn his third decision victory in his career as a professional.

For his next appearance with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 81, Cachero faced Marvin Garcia and defeated him via TKO in the second round to secure the second knockout victory of his professional career. There are zero chinks in the armour in this battle-tested trojan of the great redwoods!
