Across the Pond profile Legacy Fighting Alliance fighter Korey Kuppe

In the world of mixed martial arts, taking the long road leads to hitting a towering moon shot over the wall. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a buffalo of the elements whose hoofbeats of war leave opponents out in the cold. A professional mixed martial artist since November 2013 and representing Macomb Martial Arts, Korey Kuppe owns a 8-3 record in 11 professional bouts comprised of seven submissions and one knockout. Kuppe has finished all eight of his victories as a pro-MMA fighter and is currently 1-0 under the banner of Legacy Fighting Alliance. He has also competed with several regional promotions in his home state of Michigan including Lights Out Championship. Kuppe has yet to go to the scorecards during his career as a pro.

In his MMA debut at TWC 20 Final Cut, he submitted Tyler Eddington via armbar in the first round. Kuppe also tapped out his next two foes in Ryan King and Anthony Smith. At TWC 28, he submitted Michael Hamida in the second round. Then at KOTC Supremacy, Kuppe tapped out Alejandro Perez in the second round via triangle choke. He submitted Marcus Maulding in round one at KOTC Second Coming. For the main event of Lights Out Championship 2 Kuppe tapped out Kenneth Cross via rear-naked choke in the third round to pick up his seventh submission win as a professional.

In his promotional debut appearance with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 82, he defeated fellow submission specialist JP Saint Louis via TKO in the second round. The win earned Kuppe the first knockout victory of his professional career along with win number one under the LFA banner.with an eight for eight finish streak, this master of submissions charges at opponents with thunderous pride and will give them a swift kick or two as he paws the ground!
