Across the Pond Profile: Warrior Xtreme fighter Dante Brown

A fighter’s first foray into the ranks of the professionals will often be the first of many stepping stones as their career gathers a head of steam like a train coming down the track with the increase of speed picking up in tempo. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a bullet train of the great lakes putting some serious sting on opponents with one-punch power. A professional mixed martial artist since February 2018 and representing Scorpion Fighting System under the steerage of head coach James Gray, Dante Brown owns a 4-1 professional record in five bouts with all of those victories coming via knockout. Brown has competed with several regional MMA promotions in his home state of Michigan including Lights Out Championship and Warrior Xtreme. All of Brown’s wins thus far as a professional mixed martial artist has come within the opening round. He has yet to see a fight in his career as a pro-MMA fighter go beyond the first five minutes of any contest so far in his tenure as a professional mixed martial artist.

At Motor City Cagefights 4, he took on Douglas Babler and went on to knock him out in the first round. Brown defeated Kevin Walker Jr via TKO in the first round at Motor City Cagefights 6. Then in his one and only appearance with Lights Out Championship at Lights Out Championship 6, he defeated Bowe Vincent Jr via TKO in the first round.

In his promotional debut with Warrior Xtreme at Warrior Wednesday 11, Brown faced Andrew Karsten and knocked him out in the first round. The win earned Brown the fourth knockout victory of his professional career along with his fourth consecutive first-round finish. With all four of his pro wins coming inside of one round. the level of heat is rising around this steam engine of sting!
