Across the Pond Profile: Legacy Fighting Alliance fighter Gerald Scott

The ranks of the undefeated have grown by leaps and bounds in 87 events with numerous alumni scattered across various promotions such as Bellator MMA and the UFC. A professional mixed martial artist since January 2017 and representing Genisis Training Academy, Gerald Scott owns an undefeated 4-0 professional record comprised of three knockouts and one decision. Scott competed with Sparta Combat Leauge a regional MMA promotion based in his home state of Colorado prior to debuting with Legacy Fighting Alliance in July 2020 at LFA 87. He is currently 1-0 under the banner of Legacy Fighting Alliance and has finished 75 percent of his victories thus far in his career as a pro-MMA fighter. Scott has gone to the scorecards once in his career in his tenure as a professional mixed martial artist. All three of his finishes during his career as a pro have come inside of two rounds with a single first-round finish and the other three coming inside of round two.

In his MMA debut at SCL 56 Rise, He faced Ben Lugo and went on to defeat him via TKO in the first round. Scott defeated Randy Rowland at SCL AVM 8 A Warrior’s Glory via unanimous decision to earn his first and only decision win as a professional. Then at Sparta Combat League, he defeated Eric Grant via TKO in the second round.

In his promotional debut with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 87, Scott defeated Keith Phathaem via TKO in round two. The win earned Scott the third knockout victory of his professional career along with his first win under the LFA banner. At 4-0 with a 75 percent knockout rate, this grizzly’s roar grows in volume as the clock ticks away!
