Following the roaring success of the Cage Warriors trilogy and the trilogy strikes back, the status of Cage Warriors as Europe’s top jewel in the crown remains firmly cemented in place. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to a lancer of lightning ready to send shockwaves up some spines as the European youth movement reaches a fever pitch. A professional mixed martial artist since December 2020 and representing Next Generation Liverpool under the steerage of head coach Paul Rimmer, Adam Cullen holds a 1-0 record as a professional with his lone win as a pro-MMA fighter coming via submission. Cullen is currently 1-0 under the banner of Cage Warriors with a single first-round finish. He has yet to see the scorecards during his tenure as a professional mixed martial artist so far. The only victory during Cullen’s career as a pro has come before the close of the opening round in a span of fewer than five minutes

In his professional MMA debut and promotional debut with Cage Warriors on the opening night of the trilogy strikes back at Cage Warriors 117, he faced Oscar Ownsworth and went on to submit him via rear-naked choke in the first round. The victory earned Cullen the first submission win of his professional career. He also picked up victory number one under the banner of Cage Warriors in the process. With stars like submission specialist Nathan Fletcher and Liam Gittins having drunk from Cage Warriors cup of glory, Cullen is on the verge of becoming a lightning rod who has electrifying potential!

Adam’s first-round submission victory over Oscar Ownsworth on the opening night of the trilogy strikes back at Cage Warriors 117 from York Hall in London. Cage Warriors 117 also marked Cullen’s debut in the professional ranks.
