Across The Pond Profile: HR MMA fighter Terry Lemaire

Canadian MMA is undergoing a metamorphic change in hopes of national rebirth. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a falcon of the north looking to awaken from the ice in hopes of a professional resurrection. A professional mixed martial artist since March 2014 and representingĀ Total Martial Arts Center, Terry LemaireĀ owns a 5-2 record through seven bouts as a pro-MMA fighter comprised of three submissions and two decisions. Lemaire has fought for multiple promotions throughout his journey in the professional ranks including HR MMA and has earned a finish in three out of his five victories with three first-round finishes under his belt. He has gone to the scorecards twice in his pro career, winning via decision across the board both times. Lemaire has also competed for various promotions in his home nation of Canada including TKO MMA. He is currently 1-0 under the banner of HR MMA. The majority of Lemaire’s wins during his pro career have come before the close of the opening round.

At Big John’s MMA Northern Comeback, he tapped outĀ Jose PrietoĀ in the first round. Lemaire also submittedĀ Samuel GiguereĀ in round one at TKO MMA 43. Then at TKO MMA 48, he defeatedĀ Marc JhingranĀ via unanimous decision. Lemaire defeatedĀ Travis Dean HillĀ via unanimous decision at Strike Hard Productions 57 to pick up his second decision to win as a professional.

In the main event of HR MMA 117, he submittedĀ Isaiah FergusonĀ in the first round. The victory earned Lemaire the third submission win of his professional career. He also picked up win number one under the banner of HR MMA in the process. Once this bird of prey latches onto an opponent, they are going airborne!
