Across The Pond Profile: Cage Warriors fighter Paull McBain

With the trilogy six, European MMA is gaining steam after the world went dark in 2020. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet an engine of the highlands ready to get his career back on the rails from London’s York Hall at Cage Warriors 125 on June 26 live on UFC Fight Pass. A professional mixed martial artist since August 2014 and representing Aberdeen Fitness and Combat Centre, Paull McBain owns a 6-1 record through seven professional comprised of three knockouts, one submission, and two decisions. McBain has spent the majority of his tenure as a pro-MMA fighter with Cage Warriors and has finished four out of his six victories during his time in the professional ranks. McBain is currently 3-1 under the banner of Cage Warriors, with one finish in those four appearances. He has gone to the scorecards twice during his journey as a professional mixed martial artist so far, winning via decision both times at Cage Warriors 82 and Cage Warriors 95 respectively.

In his MMA debut at Combat Aberdeen 2, he defeated Yohann Pianetti. McBain also defeated his next two opponents in Niall Smith and Craig Mcintosh. Then in his promotional debut with Cage Warriors at Cage Warriors 82, he defeated Loyd Manning via split decision. McBain defeated Sam Spencer via TKO in the first round in his second outing with Cage Warriors at Cage Warriors 88. At Cage Warriors 95, he defeated Steve Aimable via unanimous decision. The victory earned McBain the second decision win of his professional career. He also picked up victory number three under the banner of Cage Warriors in the process.

At Cage Warriors 125 on June 26, he will take on James Hendin in an encounter at featherweight. Good luck Paull!
