A professional mixed martial artist since January 2016 and representing American Top Team, Michael Lombardo holds an 11-2-1 record through 13 professional bouts comprised of five decisions, four knockouts, two submissions, and a no contest. Lombardo appeared on week seven during season four of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series in 2020. He also appeared on week two during the third season of the show in 2019. Lombardo has finished six out of his 11 wins during his career in the professional MMA ranks. He has gone to the scorecards five times during his time as a pro-MMA fighter thus far. Lombardo has also fought for several other promotions during his pro career including Titan Fighting Championship.
In his MMA debut at AFC 24, he faced Dominic Stouder and went on to knock him out in the first round. Lombardo defeated his next three opponents via decision that included wins over Emmanuel Verdier and John Garcia. Then at battle of New Orleans 27, he defeated Tj Landry via TKO in the first round. Lombardo defeated his next three foes that included victories over Brandon Martin and Troy Jenkins. At AKA Rite of Passage 9, he tapped out Justin Thornton in the first round via arm-triangle choke. Lombardo defeated Jose Caceres via unanimous decision in the main event of Road to M1 Global USA 4.
At Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series week seven of season four, he defeated Korey Kuppe via unanimous decision. The victory earned Lombardo the fifth decision win of his professional career.
