Across The Pond Profile: UFC fighter Andre Petroski

The Ultimate Fighter is like a fine wine because it gets better with age. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet the show’s latest graduate ready to sign a seal and deliver his brand of brotherly justice in the UFC.  A professional mixed martial artist since October 2018 and representing Renzo Gracie Philly, Andre Petroski holds a 6-1 record through seven professional bouts comprised of four knockouts and two submissions. Petroski has fought for several promotions over the course of his career as a pro-MMA fighter including Art Of War Cage Fighting and Legacy Fighting Alliance. He also appeared on The Ultimate Fighter season 29 as a member of team Ortega in 2021. Petroski has finished 100 percent of his victories during his time in the professional ranks. He is currently 1-0 under the UFC banner.

In his MMA debut at Art Of War Cage Fighting 8, he faced Mark Krumine and went on to defeat him via TKO in the first round. Petroski submitted his next two opponents in Jessie James and Ryan Parker. Then at Art Of War Cage Fighting 15, he defeated Shedrick Goodridge via TKO in the second round. Petroski defeated Andre Hall via TKO in round two at AOW 16. In 2021, he was chosen to be a part of The Ultimate Fighter season 29 cast at middleweight and was the second middleweight selection of team Ortega. Petroski tapped out Aaron Philips in the first round in the opening episode of the season to advance to the semi-finals.

For his debut outing with the UFC at UFC On ESPN 30, he defeated Michael Gillmore via TKO in the third round. The victory earned Petroski the fourth knockout win of his professional career. He also picked up his first victory under the banner of the UFC in the process. The spirit of east coast justice burns bright inside this Philadelphia phoenix!
