A professional mixed martial artist since May 2019 and representing Gladiators Academy, AJ Fletcher owns an undefeated 9-0 professional record comprised of four submissions, four knockouts, and one decision. Fletcher secured his contract from the UFC on the opening week during season five of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series in 2021. He has finished eight out of his nine victories during his career as a pro-MMA fighter so far.

In his MMA debut at FFC 4, he defeated Dan Street via TKO in the third round. Fletcher also defeated his next two foes in Tyler Smith and David Armas. He defeated Dahlen Wilson via TKO in round three at Atlas Fights 38. Then at Atlas Fights 55, Fletcher tapped out Christopher Anthony via rear-naked choke in the first round. At Atlas Fights 57, he submitted James Freeman in round one via rear-naked choke. Fletcher tapped out Wesley Golden via arm-triangle choke in the first round at Ikon Fighting Federation 5. At AKA Rite Of Passage 14, he submitted Angel Juarez in round one via rear-naked choke to pick up his fourth submission as a professional.

In the opening bout of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series week one of season five, he knocked out Leonandro Damiani in the first round. The win earned Fletcher the fourth knockout victory of his professional career, He also picked up a UFC contract in the process. At 9-0 with eight finishes, alarm bells are ringing with bayou spice when this tiger enters the fray!
