Pickett’s Power Punchers- featuring Team Titan fighters Dominique Wooding and Mike Ekundayo

It is no secret that under the leadership of head coach and European MMA veteran Brad Pickett, Team Titan is rapidly rising as one of London’s most respected MMA gyms. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet two of his prized pupils looking to carve out their own paths to European MMA glory.

Dominique Wooding – A professional since August 2015 and representing Team Titan, Dominique Wooding owns a 5-2 record in seven career bouts with all five of his victories as a professional coming via knockout. Wooding has competed for BAMMA and Warrior Fight Series. He has also fought for the Russian MMA promotion ACB. In his MMA debut at Warrior Fight Series 4, Wooding defeated Darren Castleton via TKO in the first round. He knocked out France’s Iuire Bejenari in round one in his second appearance with Warrior Fight Series at WFS 5. For his final outing with Warrior Fight Series at WFS 6, Wooding defeated Lionel Moreno via TKO in the second round. In his second appearance with BAMMA at BAMMA 32 in Dublin, he knocked out Irish submission specialist Blaine O’ Driscoll in round three. For his next outing with BAMMA at BAMMA 34 in London, Wooding defeated Dominic Dillon via TKO in the second round. ”The Black Panther” may only be seven fights into his professional career, but he has already demonstrated that when he exercises his panther-like power, opponents are in for a long night at the office!

Mike Ekuandayo – A professional since October 2016 and representing Team Titan, Mike Ekundayo holds an unbeaten 6-0 record comprised of four knockouts, one submission and one decision. Ekundayo has competed for Rise Of Champions and UCMMA. He has also fought for Bellator MMA. In his MMA debut at Rise of Champions 3, Ekundayo defeated John Spencer via TKO in the first round. He also defeated his next two opponents via TKO in Kevin Jennings and Liam Johnson. Then at ROC 4, Ekundayo defeated Gurdeep Shergill via unanimous decision. He submitted Jonas Magard in round two via rear naked choke at ROC 5. In his Bellator MMA debut at Bellator 200, Ekundayo defeated Tom Mearns via TKO in the second round to extend his unbeaten streak to six to begin his professional career. For his Cage Warriors debut at Cage Warriors 95 on July 21, he will face Ed Arthur in a bantamweight battle. Good luck Mike!
