Arizona Sunrise featuring Legacy Fighting Alliance fighter Casey Kenney

Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series has given rise to several of the top guns in Legacy Fighting Alliance. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a blazing firebrand looking to leave a trail of fiery destruction in the main event of LFA 62 on March 22. A professional since December 2014 and representing Rise Combat Sports, Casey Kenney owns a 10-1-1 record in 11 career bouts as a professional comprised of five decisions, four submissions one knockout and a draw. Prior to making his return with Legacy Fighting Alliance in 2018, Kenney was a two-time alumnus of the first season of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series appearing on weeks two and eight in 2017. He is currently 3-0-1 under the LFA banner.

In his MMA debut, he submitted Elijah Muhammad via rear naked choke in the second round. Kenney also defeated his next three opponents that included victories over Paul Amaro and Anthony Torres. Then at TPF 27, he tapped out Rafael Angel Herandez in the first round via brabo choke. Kenney also submitted Alvin Cacdac via rear naked choke in round one at TPF 30. At Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series 2 he defeated Cj Hamilton via unanimous decision.

In his second appearance with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 31, Kenney defeated Kendrick Latchman via unanimous decision. He defeated three-time UFC veteran Roman Salazar via unanimous decision in his next outing with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 44. In the main event of LFA 53, Kenney defeated Brandon Royval via unanimous decision. The win also earned him his fifth decision victory as a professional. Kenney also picked up his third consecutive win under the Legacy Fighting Alliance banner in the process. For the headliner of LFA 62 in the lone star state on March 22, he will face the undefeated Vince Cachero for the interim Legacy Fighting Alliance bantamweight title. Good luck Casey!
