If there is one thing we know about Legacy Fighting Alliance and their trips to the lone star state, it is that the local talents always tend to leave a memorable impression. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a lone star sharpshooter ready to come out with guns blazing at LFA 62 on March 22. A professional since November 2014 and representing Fitness Fight Factory, Levi Mowles owns a 10-4 record in 14 career bouts as a professional comprised of four submissions, three knockouts and three decisions. Prior to making his debut with Legacy Fighting Alliance in 2017, Mowles competed with Legacy Fighting Championship.

In his MMA debut at Legacy Fighting Championship 37, he defeated Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series season one alumni Adrian Yanez via unanimous decision. Mowles also defeated his next two opponents in Anthony Rockins and Jake Norsworthy. Then at Legacy Fighting Championship 56, he defeated UFC veteran Edwin Figueroa via unanimous decision. Mowles defeated Jimmy Flick via TKO in the second round in his final appearance with Legacy Fighting Championship at Legacy FC 63. At WXC 68 Nemesis, he knocked out Kieth Bullock in the first round. Mowles defeated his next two opponents in Jose Johnson and Jessie Butler.

In his second outing with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 40, he submitted Rey Trujillo in the second round via rear naked choke. At LFA 47 Mowles tapped out Charles Cheeks iii via rear naked choke in round two. The win also earned Mowles his fourth submission victory as a professional. For the co-main event of LFA 62 on March 22, he will face Turkey’s Ahmet Kayretli in a bantamweight bout. You can catch this contest live on AXS TV. With 14 career bouts under the belt of this lone star young gun, one slip up against Mowles can lead to explosive consequences. Good luck Levi!
