A professional since February 2013 and representing Resilience Training Centre, Ben Sosoli owns a 7-2-1 record in nine career bouts as a professional comprised of six knockouts, one decision and one no contest. Sosoli appeared on week 10 of season three of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series in 2019. He also appeared on The Ultimate Fighter season 28 heavy hitters as a member of team Kelvin. Sosoli has managed to earn a finish in six of his seven professional victories.
In his MMA debut at Storm MMA Storm Damage 2, he faced Ugur Kocak and knocked him out in the second round. Sosoli also defeated Mathew Wade via TKO in the first round at Storm MMA Storm Damage 5. Then at Storm MMA Storm Damage 7, he faced Andrew Machin and defeated him via split decision. At Diamondback Fighting Championship 3 Sosoli defeated Gregory Hearne via TKO in round one. He knocked out Kora Maea in the first round at Hex Fight Series 12. At DFC 5 Sosoli faced Mike Turner and went on to defeat him via TKO in the third round. In 2018 he was selected to be a part of The Ultimate Fighter season 28 heavy hitters cast and was the number one heavyweight selection of team Kelvin.
Following his stint on TUF 28 heavy hitters, Sosoli returned to his home nation of Australia to face Kelvin Frital in the main event of Hex Fight Series 18 and defeated him in round one. The win also earned Sosoli the sixth knockout victory of his professional career, With fight ending power in each hand, this boomerang packs some lethal punch!
