A professional since February 2013 and representing ATT Indianapolis, Austin Tweedy owns an 11-2 record in 13 career bouts as a professional comprised of nine submissions and two knockouts.
Tweedy has finished all 11 of his professional victories and appeared on week three of season two of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series in 2018.
Tweedy is the current Warrior Xtreme lightweight champion.
In his MMA debut at Midwest Fight Series 3, he submitted Ryan Mcintosh in the first round. Tweedy also defeated his next two opponents in Kurstan Davenport and Doug Stapleton.
Then at Midwest Fight Series 11, he faced Jacob Clark and went on to tap him out in the second round via armbar.
Tweedy also submitted Jimmy Donahue via rear-naked choke in the first round at Midwest Fight Series 12. At Legends Of Fighting 56, he defeated Ron Imhoff via TKO in the first round.
Tweedy tapped out Brandon Jenkins in round one via rear-naked choke at Midwest Fight Series 13. At Midwest Fight Series 14 he faced Jason Gilliam and submitted him via rear-naked choke in the first round.
Tweedy also tapped out Daniel Head in round one at Midwest Fight Series 15. He submitted Jay Ellis in the first round via rear-naked choke to earn his ninth submission win as a professional.
In the main event of Warrior Wednesday 1, he faced David Putvin and defeated him in the first round.
The win also earned Tweedy the second knockout victory of his professional career.
For the headliner of Warrior Wednesday 9 on November 27, he will face the undefeated Thai Clark in his first defence of the WXC lightweight title.
