This Saturday, Nov. 23, Bellator MMA will return to The SSE Arena, Wembley for the sixth and final edition of the Bellator European Fight Series with none other than hometown hero Michael “Venom” Page (15-1) headlining the event in his own backyard.
Bellator London: MVP vs. Melillo will air LIVE at 10 p.m. GMT on Channel 5 in the UK. The final Bellator European Series event of 2019 will see Page face Bellator newcomer Giovanni Melillo (13-4) in the welterweight main event clash. Italian Melillo steps in at short notice to fight Page following a late withdrawal from American Derek Anderson. The card will be available in the US on the Bellator Mobile App beginning at 5 p.m. ET/2 p.m. PT.
Elsewhere on the card, the mouth-watering co-main event between Birmingham’s Fabian Edwards (8-0) and “MVP’s” fellow London Shootfighters teammate Mike Shipman (13-2). The grudge match is set to steal the show in London with both fighters trading verbal blows on social media and in interviews since the bout was announced.
Elsewhere, former paratrooper Terry Brazier (11-2) will be looking to claim two wins from two bouts in London this year, when he welcomes Bellator newcomer and former two-time Cage Warriors champion Soren Bak (13-1).
The event will also feature a number of marquee preliminary bouts, which will be available to watch live and free globally on the Bellator Mobile App beginning at 4:30 p.m. GMT.
