Across the Pond Profile: DWTCS season three alumni Taylor Johnson and Kailan Hill

Various alumni from Legacy Fighting Alliance have made an appearance on ESPN Plus and UFC Fight Pass during the first three seasons of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to two of the most recent grads whose flare for the knockout has their opponents seeing stars.

Taylor Johnson

A professional since July 2016 and representing Victory MMA, Taylor Johnson owns a 5-1 record in six bouts as a professional with all five of his victories coming via knockout. Johnson appeared on week seven during season three of DWTNCS in 2019 and has also competed with Legacy Fighting Alliance. In his MMA debut at CFL 8, he defeated Jamal Pogues via TKO in the second round. Johnson knocked out Dan Huber in round one in his debut outing with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 11. Then at LFA 36, he faced Cory Turner and defeated him via TKO in the first round. Johnson also defeated Luc Bondole via TKO in round one at LFA 45. At LFA 57 he defeated Aaron Chambers via TKO in the first round to score the fifth knockout victory of his professional career. With a 100 per cent rate, Johnson sure knows how to send his foes to an early grave!

Kailan Hill

A professional since January 2017 and representing Black House MMA, Kailan Hill owns a 4-1-1 record in five bouts as a professional comprised of three knockouts, one decision and a no contest. Hill appeared on week 10 during season three of DWTNCS in 2019 and has competed with LFA, He knocked out Alex Thompson in the first round at LFA 45. Hill also knocked out his next two opponents in Andre Walker and Adam Fugitt. He defeated Jhonoven Pati via unanimous decision at LFA 63 to pick up his first and only decision win as a professional. Unpredictable and explosive, stand clear of this burning wildfire!
