In his MMA debut at Jackson-Wink fight night 2, Brown faced Brandon Trujillo and went on to submit him via rear-naked choke in the first round. He defeated Blake Smith via unanimous decision at Jackson-Wink fight night 3. Then at Jackson-Wink fight night 4, Brown defeated Warren Stewart via unanimous decision.
