A professional mixed martial artist since June 2016 and representing SBG Birmingham,Jamie Milanowski holds a 3-4 record in seven professional bouts with all three of her victories as a pro-MMA fighter coming via submission. Milanowski has fought numerous promotions over the span of her professional journey including V3 Fights, invicta Fighting Championships, and Lights Out Championship in addition to King Of The Cage. During her career thus far as a professional mixed martial artist, she has yet to make it to the scorecards with two first-round finishes under her belt and one coming within round two during her career as a professional mixed martial artist so far.
In her MMA debut at KOTC Firefight, she faced Yumi Matsumoto and went on to submit her via armbar in the first round. Milanowski also tapped out Jennifer Clausius in round two via armbar at V3 Fights 69.
Then at Lights Out Championship 3, she submitted Kyna Sisson via armbar in the first round. The win earned Milanowski the third submission victory of her professional career along with her second first-round finish. At CFFC 84 on September 17, she will take on Micaela Rampage in a catchweight affair of 130 pounds. Good luck Jamie!
