Across The Pond Profile: Legacy Fighting Alliance fighter Elijah Johns

There have been many DWTNCS alumni that are now in the UFC thanks to Legacy Fighting Alliance. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a Texas sixshooter looking to make his tenure in LFA a family affair as one of the promotion’s prized bulls at featherweight. A professional mixed martial artist since January 2017 and representing Fortis MMA alongside current UFC fighter Miles Johns, Elijah Johns owns a 7-1 record in eight bouts as a professional comprised of four decisions and three knockouts. Johns has spent the bulk of his career as a pro-MMA fighter with Legacy Fighting Alliance. He has finished three of his seven victories in his pro career with three first-round finishes. Johns has made it on to the scorecards four times in his career thus far as a professional mixed martial artist with each of those wins going the distance winning unanimously all four times over a 15 minute period of three rounds.

In his MMA debut at XKO 36, he faced Thomas Lopez and went on to defeat him via unanimous decision. Johns defeated Armando Villareal via unanimous decision at XKO 38. Then at LFA 62, he defeated Michael Martinez via TKO in the first round. Johns knocked out Aaron Webb in round one at LFA 73. At LFA 78, he defeated Mike Murphy via unanimous decision. Johns defeated Zac Kelley via TKO in the first round at LFA 83 to pick up his third knockout victory as a professional.

For his next appearance with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 93 during the third phase of the promotion’s 2020 reboot, he defeated Luke Faultersack via unanimous decision. The victory earned Johns the fourth decision win of his professional career. At 7-1 with ever-rising stock in terms of big-league potential, opponents are in for a ride on the wild side when this bull’s eyes flash red with fury!
