Across The Pond Profile: Legacy Fighting Alliance fighter Clayton Carpenter

When it comes to MMA gyms in the state of Arizona, The MMA Lab is the crown jewel. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a rattler of the dry desert ready to inject some fear into LFA with a venomous strike. A professional mixed martial artist since August 2019 and representing The MMA Lab under the steerage of head coach John Crouch, Clayton Carpenter owns an unbeaten 3-0 professional record comprised of one knockout, one submission, and one decision. Carpenter has finished two out of his three victories in his career as a pro-MMA fighter so far with a single first-round finish. He competed on the regional scene in his home state of Arizona prior to debuting with Legacy Fighting Alliance in August 2020 at LFA 89. Carpenter is currently 1-0 under the LFA banner. Carpenter has managed to make it onto the scorecards once in his career as a professional mixed martial artist so far during his time in the professional ranks as an MMA fighter.

In his MMA debut at Iron Boy MMA 16, he took on Efren Ramirez and submitted him via rear-naked choke in the third round to earn his only submission win as a professional thus far.  Carpenter defeated Maui Acantilado via knockout in the first round at World Fighting Federation 42 to pick up the lone knockout win of his pro career so far

Then in his promotional debut with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 89 as part of the promotion’s 2020 reboot, he defeated Manuel Medina via unanimous decision. The victory earned Carpenter the first decision win of his professional career. He also picked up victory number one under the LFA banner in the process. At 3-0 and fighting out of the sports leading MMA gyms with a high-level fighting stable, the sun is raining down a dazzling light of burning potential inside this all-terrain desert tank!
