A professional mixed martial artist since March 2012 and representing Freestyle Fighting Academy, Jason Soares owns an unbeaten 14-0 professional record comprised of nine submissions, three knockouts, and two decisions. Soares has fought for several promotions over the course of his career as a pro-MMA fighter including Titan Fighting Championship and has finished 12 out of his 14 victories so far during his time in the professional MMA ranks.
In his MMA debut, he faced Daniel Hernandez and went on to defeat him via TKO in the second round. Soares submitted his next four opponents that included wins over Ricardo Surpis and John De Jesus. Then at Fight Time 19 battle of the brave, he tapped out JP Reese in the third round via rear-naked choke. Soares submitted Randy Barroso via armbar in the first round in the main event of Fight Time 21. At Fight Time 24 MMA Kings, he defeated Paulo Silva via unanimous decision. Soares tapped out Danny Chavez in the fifth round at Fight Time 29. He defeated Guilherme Faria De Souza via unanimous decision at Fight Time 33. Soares tapped out Luis Gomez via a rear-naked choke in the fourth round at Titan FC 49. He knocked out Caio Rocha Urguai in round one in the headliner of Titan FC 52. Soares defeated Ariston Franca via TKO in round four at Titan FC 54.
At Titan FC 56, he submitted Andrew Whitney in the second round via armbar. The victory earned Soares the ninth submission win of his professional career. At 14-0 with 12 finishes, taking it to the ground is a surefire grand slam for this submission specialist of searing sunshine!
