As the world seeks the light at the end of the tunnel, the third installment of the Cage Warriors trilogy will once again grace London’s York Hall with a triple-header of pulse-pounding action. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a Liverpool viper ready to rise up with the thunder of a cannon at Cage Warriors 122 on March 20. A professional mixed martial artist since May 2019 and representing Next Generation Liverpool under head coach Paul Rimmer, Nathan Fletcher owns an unbeaten 4-0 professional record comprised of three submissions and one knockout. Fletcher has spent his entire tenure as a pro-MMA fighter with Cage Warriors thus far and has finished 75 percent of his wins during his time in the professional ranks with two-first round finishes. He is currently 4-0 under the banner of Cage Warriors. Fletcher has yet to see the scorecards at any point during his pro career, with all four of his victories coming inside two rounds,
In his promotional and professional MMA debut at Cage Warriors 105, he faced Rico Biggs and submitted him via arm-triangle choke in the first round. Fletcher also tapped out Ciaran Mulholland in round two via a rear-naked choke at Cage Warriors 110. Then in his third outing with the promotion at Cage Warriors 112, he defeated Johan Segas via TKO in the first round to pick up his first and only knockout win as a professional so far.
For his fourth appearance with Cage Warriors at Cage Warriors 118, he submitted Leigh Mitchell via rear-naked choke in the second round. The victory earned Fletcher the third submission win of his professional career along with his fourth straight win under the banner of Cage Warriors. At Cage Warriors 122 on March 20, he will square off against Italian finisher Michele Martignoni in a bantamweight barnburner of a battle. Good luck Nathan!
