Across The Pond Profile: Legacy Fighting Alliance fighter AJ Nichols

In athletics, appealing to one’s pride increases the heat of the passionate flame. A professional mixed martial artist since April 2017 and representing American Elite MMA, AJ Nichols holds a 7-2-1 record over the span of nine professional bouts comprised of five submissions, one knockout, one draw. and a disqualification. Nichols has fought for several promotions over the course of his journey as a pro-MMA fighter including Legacy Fighting Alliance and has earned a finish in six out of his seven victories thus far during his time in the professional MMA ranks with five first-round finishes under his belt. He has also competed for various regional promotions in his home state of Oklahoma including HD MMA.

In his MMA debut at LFA 9, he defeated Joshua Anderson in the second round. Nichols tapped out his next two foes in Malcolm Hill and Tyris Adams. Then at HD MMA 13, he submitted Luis Muro in the first round. Nichols tapped out Shakir McKillip in round one at Rage in the Cage OKC 66. He submitted Shea Conley in the first round at Freestyle Cage Fighting 59 to pick up his fifth submission win as a professional.

For his third outing with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 101 as part of the promotion’s sooner state kickoff, Nichols defeated Brazil’s Miguel Jacob via TKO in the third round. The victory earned Nichols the first knockout win of his professional career along with win number two under the LFA banner. This warrior of God will cast opponents asunder into a boiling pit of raging magma from which there is no earthly salvation if they do ill will by the hand of the heavens above!
