In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a Viking of viciousness ready to raise the axe of victory and usher in a new chapter of mutually assured destruction at LFA 104 on April 16 as the promotion prepares for their return to the sooner state to kick off a triple-header of barn-burning action. A professional mixed martial artist since December 2018 and representing Jackson-Wink MMA, Joel Bauman owns a 3-1 record through four professional bouts comprised of two decisions and one knockout. Bauman has competed for several promotions throughout his time in the professional ranks including Bellator MMA and Legacy Fighting Alliance. He is currently 3-0 under the banner of Legacy Fighting Alliance with one first-round finish under his belt. Bauman has been to the scorecards twice during his tenure so far as a pro-MMA fighter, winning across the board both times In his professional MMA debut and promotional debut at LFA 56, he faced Corey Davis and went on to defeat him via unanimous decision. Bauman also defeated Brock Smith via unanimous decision at LFA 61 to pick up his second decision win as a professional along with back-to-back victories in LFA.
Then in his third appearance with the promotion at LFA 68, he knocked out Bobby Downs in the first round. The win earned Bauman the first knockout victory of his professional career. He also picked up his third victory in a row under the LFA banner in the process. At LFA 104 on April 16 from the Grand Hotel Resort and Casino live on UFC Fight Pass, he will face Jullien LeBlanc in a middleweight encounter.
