Across The Pond Profile: Cage Warriors fighter Cameron Hardy

The die-hard MMA purists appreciate fighters who possess a blend of technical skill and a flare for showmanship. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a hammerhead of the sea looking to send his foe to the darkened bottom at Cage Warriors 124 on June 25 live from York Hall in London on UFC Fight Pass. A professional mixed martial artist since May 2017 and representing SBG Bishop Aukland, Cameron Hardy owns a 6-2 record through eight professional contests comprised of four knockouts, one submission, and one decision. Hardy has fought for various European promotions throughout his journey as a pro-MMA fighter including BAMMA and has finished five out of his six victories during his time in the professional ranks. The majority of Hardy’s wins during his time as a professional mixed martial artist have come before the close of the opening round, with five first-round finishes under his belt. He has gone to the scorecards a single time during his pro career, winning via decision across the board in that instance.

At Killcam Fight Night 13 Obsessed, he defeated Mohamed Kadiake via TKO in the first round. Hardy also defeated Geoffroy Puigvert via TKO in round one at Unity Fighting Championship. Then at Made 4 The Cage 27 vendetta, he defeated Bailey Gilbert via unanimous decision to earn his only decision win as a professional. Hardy defeated Jean-Do Luc via TKO in the first round at Shock N Awe 28. He tapped out Oyla Wolfe in the first round via rear-naked choke. In the main event of Battle Arena 54, Hardy defeated David Khalsa via TKO in the first round. The win earned Hardy the fourth knockout victory of his professional career.

In his promotional debut with Cage Warriors at Cage Warriors 124 on June 25, he will face Dominque Wooding in a battle at bantamweight. Good luck Cameron!
