Across The Pond Profile: Cage Warriors fighter Keir Harvie

The English capital has given Cage Warriors a lifetime’s worth of memories throughout the years. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to a buck of the highlands ready to raise victory’s battle horn as the promotion’s next Scottish breakout. A professional mixed martial artist since December 2018 and representing Higher Level Martial Arts under the watchful gaze of head coach James Doolan, Keir Harvie owns a 4-1 record through five professional bouts comprised of two submissions, one knockout, and one decision. Harvie fought for Evolution Of Combat and On Top Promotions prior to making his promotional debut with Cage Warriors at Cage Warriors 123 in June 2021. He has finished three out of his four victories during his time as a pro-MMA fighter so far. He is currently 1-0 under the banner of Cage Warriors, with one first-round finish under his belt. Harvie has finished 75 percent of his wins during his career as a professional mixed martial artist.

In his professional MMA debut at Evolution Of Combat fight night 3, he submitted Hossein Ghorbani via arm-triangle choke in the second round. Harvie defeated Kev Lobban via unanimous decision at The Art Of Combat 11. Then at On Top 23, he defeated Mathieu Morcaino via TKO in round one to earn his first and only knockout win as a professional thus far.

In his promotional debut with Cage Warriors on the opening night of the trilogy part four at Cage Warriors 123 from London’s York Hall, Harvie tapped out Manny Akpan in the first round via arm-triangle choke. The victory earned Harvie the second submission win of his professional career. He also picked up victory number one under the banner of Cage Warriors in the process. Cage Warriors has certainly found themselves a prized jewel to add to their collection of crowning the next wave of anointed talent as the rebirth of Scottish MMA begins anew!
