Professional debutants have been a staple throughout all four of the Cage Warriors trilogies in the bubble. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a dragon of determined youth ready to ignite a spark as the newest Viking in the Welsh MMA scene as he sets aboard with Cage Warriors. A professional mixed martial artist since March 2021 and representing Shore Mixed Martial Arts under the expert hand of head coach Richard Shore, Scott Pedersen holds a 1-1 record, with his lone victory in the professional ranks coming via submission. Pedersen has spent his entire tenure as a pro-MMA fighter with Cage Warriors thus far. He is currently 1-1 under the banner of Cage Warriors, with one first-round finish under his belt for the promotion. The one and only finish during Pedersen’s pro career has come before the close of the opening round in the space of fewer than five minutes.

In his second appearance with Cage Warriors on the third and final night of the trilogy part four at Cage Warriors 125 from London’s York Hall, he faced the debuting Marcus Lewis and went on to tap him out via rear-naked choke in the first round. The win earned Pedersen the first submission victory of his professional career. He also picked up victory number one under the banner of Cage Warriors in the process. With many of the leading MMA talents in Wales either in Bellator MMA or the UFC thanks to successful runs with Cage Warriors, Pedersen will look to etch his name in stone amongst his fellow countrymen before too long!
