Across The Pond Profile: Legacy Fighting Alliance fighter Kathryn Paprocki

LFA has taken up the torch for women’s MMA countless times over the arc of 113 events bursting at the brim with action. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a lioness of the snow looking to reign down more rocky mountain terror at LFA 114 on August 27. A professional mixed martial artist since October 2018 and representing DCO MMA and Fitness, Kathryn Paprocki owns a 3-1 record through four professional bouts comprised of two decisions and one submission. Paprocki fought for Invicta Fighting Championships prior to making her promotional debut with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 108 in May 2021. She is currently 1-0 under the banner of Legacy Fighting Alliance, with one finish under her belt for the promotion. She has gone to the scorecards twice during her time in the professional ranks, sweeping the scorecards across the board both times. Paprocki has finished one out of her three wins during her career as a pro-MMA fighter thus far. The one and only finish during her pro career has come within the third and final round.

In her MMA debut at SCL Queen Of Sparta, Paprocki faced Diana Schissler and went on to defeat her via unanimous decision. She also defeated Isis Verbeek via unanimous decision in her promotional debut with Invicta Fighting Championships at Invicta FC 32 to pick up her second decision win as a professional.

Then in her promotional debut with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 108, she submitted Tiani Valle via rear-naked choke in the third round. The win earned Paprocki the first submission victory of her professional career. She also picked up victory number one under the Legacy Fighting Alliance banner in the process. At LFA 114 on August 27, she will face off against former champion and Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series alumni Vanessa Demopoulos in an affair at strawweight. Good luck Kathryn!
