Johnson is currently 4-1 under the banner of Legacy Fighting Alliance, with two finishes under his belt for the promotion. He has gone to the scorecards three times during his time in the professional MMA ranks.

The win earned Johnson the third decision victory of his professional career. He also became the interim LFA flyweight champion in the process.
