A professional mixed martial artist since November 2016 and representingĀ Doom Crew, Ben Parrish owns a 5-1 record through six professional bouts comprised of four submissions and one knockout. Parrish fought for Summitt Fighting Championships, a regional MMA promotion based in his home state of Mississippi before making his promotional debut with Bellator MMA in September 2021 at Bellator 266. He has finished all five of his wins during his career in the professional ranks, with four first-round finishes under his belt. Parrish is currently 1-0 under the banner of Bellator MMA. The majority of Parrish’s wins during his pro career have come before the close of the opening round. He has yet to reach the scorecards at any point of his career so far.

In his promotional debut with Bellator MMA at Bellator 266, he knocked outĀ Christian Edwards in the first round. The victory earned Parrish the first knockout win of his professional career.
