In mixed martial arts, becoming a star in your own right seldom happens in the space of a single night. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a hard-charging ram of the blue ridge whose horns of fire have created an inferno of pulsating fear in Cage Fury Fighting Championships. A professional mixed martial artist since March 2018 and representing Team ROC, Paris Artis owns an undefeated 5-0 professional record comprised of three submissions and two knockouts. Artis has finished 100 percent of his victories during his career as a pro-MMA fighter so far. He is currently 2-0 under the banner of Cage Fury Fighting Championships, with two finishes under his belt in two appearances with the promotion. Artis has yet to go to the scorecards at any point during his career in the professional MMA ranks thus far. All five of his victories during his pro career have come within the distance, with three first-round finishes under his belt to go along with one second-round finish and one third-round finish.

In his MMA debut, he submitted Chad Wiggington via rear-naked choke in the second round. Artis also tapped out John Kermon in round one via rear-naked choke. He knocked out James Andrews in the first round at Next Level Fight Club 11. Then in his promotional debut with Cage Fury Fighting Championships at CFFC 87, Artis knocked out Ryan Rizco in round one to pick up his second knockout win as a professional along with win number one under the CFFC banner.

At CFFC 100, he submitted Ferais Golden Jr via arm-triangle choke in the third round. The victory earned Artis the third submission win of his professional career. He also picked up back-to-back wins under the banner of Cage Fury Fighting Championships in the process.  At 5-0 with a finish rate of 100 percent, this tar heel has left the competition in a sticky situation!
