Welsh MMA has been a staple in each of the Cage Warriors trilogies. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a dragon of devilish designs ready to raise the flame of victory as the latest lion of success for Cage Warriors. A professional mixed martial artist since April 2017 and representing Chris Rees Academy, Aidan James owns a 5-2 record through seven professional bouts comprised of four knockouts and one submission. James fought for Brave Combat Federation prior to making his promotional debut with Cage Warriors at Cage Warriors 128 in October 2021 with one finish for the promotion. He has finished 100 percent of his victories during his career as a pro-MMA fighter thus far and is currently 1-0 under the banner of Cage Warriors. All five of James’s finishes during his time in the professional MMA ranks have come within the distance.
In his MMA debut, he faced Ash Williams and went on to defeat him via TKO in the third round. James also defeated Tommy Martin via TKO in round three at Brave CF 13 European Invasion. Then at Brave CF 17, he submitted Frans Mlambo in the first round via rear-naked choke. James defeated Jalal Al Daja via TKO in round three at Brave CF 23 strength and honor.
For his debut outing with Cage Warriors as part of the preliminary card of Cage Warriors 128 during the second night of the trilogy part five, he defeated Philippe Rouch via TKO in the second round. The victory earned James the fourth knockout win of his professional career. He also picked up win number one under the banner of Cage Warriors in the process. At 5-2 with a thirst for perfection, James is the latest in the lineage of fire breathers soaring shoulders above the war wagon!
