Interview with Jason Radcliffe ahead of his scheduled bout against Michał Materla at KSW 66.

Jason “The Assassin” Radcliffe 17-8-0 is an English professional Mixed Martial Artist. A professional competitor since 2020, representing Team Titan. He has competed for UCMMA, WCMMA, Bellator MMA, Contenders, CageWarriors, Diamondback FC, Super Fight League, Double G FC and KSW.

I’d like to start this off by thanking you for taking the time to speak to me today Jason, and also to congratulate you on your recent fight announcement at KSW 66.

Last we saw you in action was back in September 2021 at KSW 64, taking on and winning in phenomenal fashion Albert Odzimkowski. Without giving too much away, what steps have you been taking to continue your winning ways on the 15th?

“I love the momentum I kept training, working on my timing on all areas of the game and keeping up my conditioning. I feel very dangerous right now.”

How has training been going in the build-up to your upcoming middleweight showdown for the 66th instalment of the Polish-based organisation?

“We’ve been working on some things and a lot of stuff I didn’t get to use in my last fight. Micheal is different but I am working hard on my finishing skill set.”

January 15th you take on a veteran of the KSW cage in Michał Materla 30-8-0. Being a part of where Materla has made his home since 2019, you would have had an opportunity to see your upcoming opponent in action, what do you make of your opponent?

“I rate everyone in the Middleweight division that’s why I work hard for the win, I don’t care who he is, all I know is that he is stopping me from bigger and better things and that ain’t happening.”

Other than your inclusion on the night, are there any matchups in particular that you’re looking forward to witnessing on the explosive card in Szczecin?

“To be honest the whole card is gonna be fireworks, don’t miss that Shit.”

This will be your 26th war in the cage in your professional career that has spanned 11 years and over just as many organisations. Throughout your action-packed career, what bout stands out the most for you?

“Not even sure to be honest I just love and am blessed to do what I love to do day in and day out. I enjoyed them all. One stands out though, when I killed Alex Reid‘s ex-bodyguard at UCMMA, he thought he was a real gangster lol.”

Last but not least do you have a message for the fans that will be in attendance and anybody you’d like to shout out to?

“I appreciate you all and the love of the game. I know I’m not from your city but I’m a people person and I’m here to entertain you all. Show me the love. Shout out to NORTH SIDE MUAY THAI, 10TH PLANET LONDON, TEAM TITAN, EXCEL STRENGTH DOCKLANDS.”
