Cauley has spent his entire tenure as a professional mixed martial artist with Bellator MMA thus far. He is currently 3-0 under the banner of Bellator MMA, with three finishes under his belt for the promotion. All three of Cauley’s finishes during his pro career have come within the opening round, He has yet to reach the scorecards at any point during his time in the professional ranks. Cauley has finished 100 percent of his victories over the course of his pro career, with each victory coming in the space of a single round in five minutes or less.

In his professional MMA debut and promotional debut with Bellator MMA at Bellator 253, he faced Jason Markland and went on to defeat him via TKO in the first round. Cauley also defeated Deon Clash via TKO in round one at Bellator 268. Then in his third appearance with Bellator MMA at Bellator 273, he defeated Ben Parrish via TKO in the first round. The win earned Cauley the third knockout victory of his professional career. He also picked up his third victory in a row under the banner of Bellator MMA in the process.
