Across The Pond Profile: Legacy Fighting Alliance fighter Ashley Nichols

The international melting pot of nations that is Legacy Fighting Alliance continues to break new ground when it comes to spreading their brand from coast to coast. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a frigid leopard whose blitz attacks has the promotion feeling a case of Northern exposure. A professional mixed martial artist since March 2013 and representing Niagra Top Team, Ashley Nichols holds a 4-3 record through seven professional bouts comprised of two knockouts and two decisions. Nichols fought for several promotions including TKO MMA and Invicta Fighting Championships prior to making her promotional debut with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 125 in February 2022. She is currently 1-0 under the banner of Legacy Fighting Alliance. Nichols has finished two out of her four wins during her time in the professional ranks thus far, with two first-round finishes under her belt. She has gone to the scorecards twice over the course of her pro career, sweeping them clean across the board in both instances.

At TKO 37 Rivals, she faced Ashley Letourneau and went on to knock her out in the first round. Nichols defeated Griel Eeckhout via TKO in round one at TKO 39 Ultimatum to earn her second knockout victory as a professional. She defeated Lindsay Garbatt via unanimous decision at the same event.

Then in her promotional debut with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 125 in the promotion’s debut event in the state of New York, she defeated Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series alumni and CES MMA veteran Hilarie Rose via unanimous decision. The victory earned Nichols the third decision win of her professional career. She also picked up win number one under the LFA banner in the process. Nichols is one firecracker that can take the chill off of a cold winter’s night at the drop of a match!
