In a turn of events, boxing promoter and longtime UFC and MMA hater Bob Arum revealed he is willing to work with Dana White to make a fight that many expect would break the bank and in many ways be bigger than Mayweather vs McGregor.
Bob Arum recently said in an interview that he is willing to work with the UFC brass in citing that he believes it would not only do tremendous numbers but also be very good for business and even expressed doing it in an arena that can house over 70,000 people.
Tyson Fury is scheduled to defend his title against Dillian Whyte on April 23. Fury has gone on several major podcasts and sports shows citing that this may be his final fight, but a mega-fight against Francis would more than get him back into the fighting mindset.
As for Francis, he is currently both in a contract dispute as well as serious knee rehab that may put him away for a whole year. The Cameroonian fighter has long expressed his desire to be paid and believes that boxing is the place where he can make real money.
