Across The Pond Profile: Fighting Alliance Championship fighter Josh Streaker

Choosing the correct path and avoiding diversion has led many fighters to the very top of the MMA mountain. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a locomotive of red rocks ready to steam out of the station and on to greener pastures in the main event of FAC 14 on May 20. A professional mixed martial artist since March 2016 and representing Jackson-Wink MMA, Josh Streaker owns an 8-4 record through 12 professional bouts comprised of five knockouts, one submission, and two decisions. Streaker has fought for several promotions over the course of his career as a pro-MMA fighter including Bellator MMA and Legacy Fighting Alliance. He has finished six out of his eight victories during his time in the professional ranks thus far. Streaker has gone to the scorecards twice over the course of his career as a professional mixed martial artist. Streaker has also fought for Victory Fighting Championship, Colosseum Combat, and Hoosier Fight Club. The majority of Streaker’s finishes during his pro career have come inside the distance.

At Colosseum Combat 38, he defeated David Stephens via TKO in the third round. Streaker defeated his next three opponents that included wins over Craig Fruth and Tom Holder. Then at Victory Fighting Championship 60, he knocked out JP St Louis in round two. Streaker defeated Scott Writz via TKO in the second round at Bellator 221. He tapped out Ryan Mcintosh in round one at Colosseum Combat 56. At LFA 123, Streaker defeated Brazil’s Miguel Jacob via a split decision. The victory earned Streaker the second decision win of his professional career. He also picked up win number one under the LFA banner in the process.

In the headliner of FAC 14 on May 20, he will face submission specialist and two-time veteran of the UFC  Dakota Bush in an encounter at lightweight. Good luck Josh!
