Jordan Molinari 3-2-0 is an English amateur Mixed Martial Artist currently competing in the Flyweight division, representing Combat Sports Academy. He has competed for WCMMA, Lockdown Fight Series, Golden Ticket Fight Promotions, ECMMA, and Contenders and is due to make his debut for Fightstar Championship on July 25th.
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to speak to me today Jordan, and also to congratulate you on your upcoming inclusion in the Fightstar Championship 22 card.
I hope training camp has been going well in the build-up to the return to London?
“Thanks, Aaron! Camp’s going great, I had to make a few adjustments due to the date changing but it’s all good!”
When receiving the call that you’d once again be taking centre stage at the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre after getting your phenomenal win back in April, how did you feel knowing you’ll be making your debut for one of the UK’s most talked-about promotions?
“I wouldn’t call that win phenomenal but thanks for the kind words. I was very excited to hear I will be competing on Fightstar! I’ve been eyeing up this promotion since I started competing in the latter part of 2019.”
I for one am looking forward to your inclusion, after having the privilege of witnessing you back in April at Contenders 32. The Fightstar fans are a very loyal group, for the fans that will be in attendance, what can they expect from you when you take your first walk down to the FSC cage?
“Parental advisory. Explicit content. Should bring sunglasses because I’m looking to put on a blinding performance.”
I’ve spoken to many exceptional amateurs over recent months, each with their own set of goals and achievements they have set out for themselves as they progress down their respective journeys.
As you set out on your 6th step on your amateur journey, are there any specific goals you have set out for yourself for 2022?
“No specific goals, this year is just about experience. I want to fight the best either on their home shows or their local kebab shops. Anywhere, anyone.”
FSC has played host to many phenomenal warriors since being established by Raj Singh back in 2013. What does it mean to you to be included in such a prolific UK organisation?
“Honoured to be included on this card, Raj does a lot for the MMA community by putting on great shows and always doing interclub for the young ones to get some good experience”
July 15th, you are set to take on Sufyaan Dawood, one of many exceptional bouts put together for FSC’s return to the capital. What do you make of Sufyaan as your meeting draws closer?
“I’m looking forward to the challenge, although he’s on a bad streak at the moment, those losses have come from legit opponents and they would have made him a better fighter. He’s going to be hungry to get back in the win column so I know he’s going to bring his A-game.”
With fighters being added to the absolutely stacked card at the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre, fight fans are in pure anticipation for the bouts to be announced. Other than your inclusion on the night are there any fighters/announced bouts that you’re looking forward to witnessing?
“My training partner Jake Green has been matched, he’s a savage and is currently 2-0 with 2 subs. Definitely, one to watch out for! A few lads from Great Britain Top Team are also on the card, the likes of Vadimas, Bane and Kadeem. It’s going to be a great night.”

“Thanks, Aaron, I appreciate you approaching me and just up-and-comers in general, looking out for local talent and giving people a platform.”
“I’d like to thank my team Combat Sports Academy, I’ve been there for 3 years now, we’re a young team and were held back due to the pandemic but the gun’s cocked and loaded now and we’re firing out some absolute savages!”
“All of my friends and family who support me at the shows, buying tickets and travelling etc. I’m not at all the social events anymore but they know I’m on a good path and they support that!”
“All of the guys at Great Britain Top Team, I’ve been travelling up to London a few times a week since they opened back in January and doing bits with them. Great bunch of guys, very welcoming and absolute beasts! I’ve been getting in some great rounds!”
