Across The Pond Profile: Fighting Alliance Championship fighter Alan Olivas

There are numerous developmental promotions that have now joined the MMA major leagues thanks to the expansive platform that is UFC Fight Pass. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to a blue-collar bull in a china shop running rampant through Fighting Alliance Championship like a prairie brushfire. A professional mixed martial artist since September 2019 and representing Glory MMA and Fitness, Alan Olivas holds a 5-1 record through six professional contests comprised of three knockouts, one submission, and one decision. He has finished four out of his five victories during his time in the professional ranks overall. Olivas is currently 2-0 under the banner of Fighting Alliance Championship, with one finish under his belt for the promotion. All four of Olivas’s finishes during his career as a pro-MMA fighter have come inside the distance. He has gone to the scorecards a single time over the course of his pro career, sweeping them clean across the board in that instance.

At FAC 6, he faced Joey Estrada and went on to defeat him via unanimous decision. Olivas defeated Jamie Howard via TKO in the first round at Apex Fighting Championship 1. Then at Fight Hard MMA Lawrence, he submitted Aj Siscoe in the second round via rear-naked choke. Olivas defeated Drake Heitfield via TKO in round one at Apex Fighting Championship 4.

In his second appearance with Fighting Alliance Championship at FAC 13, he defeated Aaron Reese via TKO in the third round. The win earned Olivas the third knockout victory of his professional career. He also picked up victory number two under the FAC banner in the process. At 5-1 with a high finishing rate, expect a gory mess and a roller coaster of wildness if you are brave enough to survive longer than eight seconds versus this wrathful steer of storms when the clouds begin to darken!
