Across The Pond Profile: PFL MMA fighter Dakota Ditcheva

The constant activity in PFL MMA has allowed the promotion to extend its reach to Europe in addition to adding talents across the different divisions. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet a phoenix of hot intensity ready to raise the wall of flame to a burning pitch as the promotion’s newest torch keeper. A professional mixed martial artist since April 2021 and representing Manchester Top Team, Dakota Ditcheva owns an undefeated 7-0 record comprised of six knockouts and one decision. She is 2-0 with PFL MMA, with two finishes under her belt in two appearances with the promotion. The majority of Ditcheva’s victories during her time in the professional ranks have come inside the distance. She has only gone to the scorecards a single time over the course of her career as a pro-MMA fighter.

In her MMA debut at Caged Steel 25, she defeated Jenny Line via TKO in the first round. Ditcheva also defeated Kerry Isom via TKO in round one at Celtic Gladiator 30. Then at UK Fighting Championships 17, she defeated Patrica Borges Fernandes via TKO in the first round. Ditcheva defeated Simone Da Silva via TKO in round two at Pallas Athena Women’s Fighting Championship 1. She defeated Paula Christina dos Santos Silva at UAE Warriors 28 via unanimous decision to earn her first and only decision win as a professional so far. In her promotional debut with PFL MMA at PFL 9 in London Ditcheva defeated Hassana Gaber via TKO in the first round.

On the preliminary card of PFL 10, she knocked out Katherine Corogenes in round one. The victory earned Ditcheva the sixth knockout win of her professional career. Ditcheva also picked up back-to-back wins with PFL MMA in the process and extended her unbeaten streak to seven to begin her career. With six finishes in seven fights, Ditcheva is a five alarm fire that scorches the opposition until there is nothing left!
