Cage Warriors have announced that French fighter Awa ‘Badwawax‘ Sow has signed an exclusive multi-fight deal with the promotion.
The women’s bantamweight fighter is set to continue her stay in the European roster, following on from her promotion debut back in October this year.

Sow’s professional record currently stands at 1-2, winning her first appearance in the octagon via split decision against Spanish featherweight Miriam Santana.
Since her professional debut, the 27-year-old has fallen short in her proceeding two fights, losing to both Senna van der Veerdonk and Jasmine Favero via first round submissions.
The bout against Favero was to be Sow’s beginning in the Cage Warriors roster, and despite the subsequent result it appears that the promotion were encouraged by their newfound fighter.
‘Badwawax‘ even earned herself a nomination for the ‘UFC Fight Pass: Walkout of the Year‘ award with her entrance at Cage Warriors 144, which included Kanye West’s ‘Praise God’ as backing music.
