The global drum of inclusion is continuing to beat across the world in LFA’S attempts to construct a world MMA empire and consolidate their positional spot in the pecking order as the new year shifts into another speed. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will be introduced to a chieftain of global ground ready to head into the storm of battle and protect the hallowed ground with justice’s fair hand in the main event of LFA 152 on February 10. A professional mixed martial artist since April 2015 and representing Kings MMA, Renato Valente owns a 9-5 record in 14 bouts comprised of four submissions, two knockouts and three decisions. Valente has finished six out of his nine victories over the course of his career as a professional MMA fighter. He fought for several organizations including Bellator MMA prior to making his promotional debut with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 105 in April 2021. Valente is 2-2 under the LFA banner with a single finish under his belt in four appearances with the organization with a time of one minute and seven seconds. The majority of Valente’s finishes during his professional career have been inside the distance.

In his MMA debut, he defeated Danillo de Souza Silva via unanimous decision. Valente knocked out Janilson Junior de Almeida Lins in the first round at Valent’s night 2. He submitted Miguel Herandez in round three via rear-naked choke at XMA Sureste 6. Valente tapped out Julio Cesar Cruz via rear-naked choke in the first round at XFL 35. He submitted Omar Gutierrez in round one via rear-naked choke at JFL 19. Valente defeated Ricardo Chavez via decision at JFL Grand Prix. He tapped out Abraham Vaesau via rear-naked choke in round three in his only appearance with Bellator MMA at Bellator 226. Valente defeated Chibwikem Onyenegecha via a split decision in his second outing with Legacy Fighting Alliance at LFA 110. Valente knocked out Jered Revel in the first round at LFA 144. The victory earned Valente the second knockout win of his professional career. He also picked up his second win under the LFA banner in the process.

In the main event of LFA 152 on February 10, Valente will face Azamat Bekoev in a middleweight affair with international pride for two proud fighting nations at stake. Good luck Renato!
