With the introduction of the MMA Fight Academy by Cage Warriors, new talent throughout Europe has ushered in an entirely new era of exciting entertainment for the organization. In today’s episode of Across The Pond, you will meet the latest fight academy newcomer lighting up the skies at Featherweight for the promotion with his flare for the spectacular. A professional mixed martial artist since July 2023 and representing The MMA Clinic, Jimmy Quinn holds a 1-0 record with his lone victory coming via knockout. The one and only finish during Quinn’s time in the professional ranks has come within the opening round with a time of 10 seconds. He has spent his entire career as a professional MMA fighter with Cage Warriors so far and has a 100 percent finish rate. Quinn has never reached the scorecards at any point over the course of his career as a professional mixed martial artist thus far with a single first round finish to show for it in the space of fewer than five minutes in his lone professional appearance thus far. Quinn is a Cage Warriors Academy Southeast Graduate. He has yet to make it out of the opening round during his pro career.
In his professional MMA debut and promotional debut with Cage Warriors on the main card of Cage Warriors 156, he faced Dan Kneil and went on to knock him out in the first round. The victory earned Quinn the first knockout win and first finish of his professional career. He also picked up win number one under the Cage Warriors banner in the process. With fight academy stars like Francis Breen and Teddy Stringer already having showcased their reasons why they could be the next big thing in their respective divisions and plenty of growing room, Quinn has elevated the bar in record time!
