He has one second-round finish under his belt to go along with a single third-round finish through two appearances as a professional mixed martial artist so far. Both of Garner’s victories during his professional career have been inside the distance. Garner’s entire career has been spent across the Midwest in Kentucky and Ohio earning one finish in each state thus far with times of 48 seconds and two minutes and 43 seconds respectively.

Then at 247 Fighting Championships 513 fight night, Garner submitted Quentin Campbell in round three via neck crank. The victory earned Garner the first submission win of his professional career in addition to back-to-back finishes in the process.
